SERVICE PROCESS

Pre-sales Service

We provide free professional technical consultation for customers. We supply customers with product brochures, company profiles, credit certificates and other relevant documents. Customers are welcome to visit our factory to inspect product design, production processes and quality management system. Our technical personnel can conduct free design and model selection according to on-site conditions and customer requirements.

In-sales Service

During product manufacturing, we invite the customer’s technical personnel to visit our company to inspect the procedures at each production stage. We also provide them with the product inspection standards and test results.

After-sales Service

We provide technical training tailored to customer needs, and optimize products in a timely manner according to user requirements. We strictly implement the three guarantees service policy for products (warranty, replacement and repair). We will reply to customers' calls and messages within half an hour, and our service engineers are on call 24 hours a day. Service engineers shall not leave the site until the fault is completely resolved; departure from the site is allowed only with the customer’s approval.
