Electrical Maintenance and Operation of Single Girder Crane

To ensure reliable operation of the crane, an electrical equipment maintenance system complying with GB6067-85 shall be formulated. Operators shall be familiar with the causes of various electrical faults and corresponding troubleshooting methods. The main maintenance requirements for electrical equipment are specified as follows:
To prolong the service life of electrical equipment such as contactors in the control box, always keep them clean so as to prevent electric leakage, breakdown, short circuit and other faults.
When cable hanger power supply is adopted, rust and dirt on the trolley guide rail shall be cleaned at any time to ensure normal operation of the traction pulley.Rail inspection: Check whether the rail is straight and the pressure plates are firmly fastened without loosening. If the trolley is stuck during travelling, straighten the rail or adjust the wheels in a timely manner.
It is not allowed to suspend loads in the air for a long time; the operator shall not leave the post while the load is being lifted.
Operation after drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited; chatting during work is also forbidden.
Upon completion of work, drive the crane back and park it on the left side of the factory gate. Hang the control button switch at the designated position. When replacing the button switch, hang it in the original way to prevent rainwater from entering the switch.
Install the travelling trolley on the rail with trolley fixing pins, and fasten with bolts. The driving wheels shall be in contact with the rail surface, and the clearance between driven wheels and the rail shall comply with the standards for electric hoist overhead cranes. After assembly, all main dimension deviations of the travelling trolley shall meet the standard requirements for electric single girder overhead cranes.
Connect the main beam and end beams with high-strength bolts to assemble into the bridge frame structure.
