Main Contents of Crane Operating Rules

(1) Before starting the crane, conduct necessary inspections on all parts, including the operating mechanism, control system, brakes and safety protection devices. Any faults found shall be dealt with in a timely manner.
(2) Before lifting goods, adjust the positions of the upper and lower limit stops, and check whether all fasteners are tightly secured. Lifting operation is prohibited if any abnormality exists.
(3) During the lifting process, immediately stop the operation if the steel wire rope is bent, deformed, corroded or severely worn, so as to avoid accidents and potential dangers.
(4) Check whether all braking devices and limit switches are sensitive and reliable; inspect the wear condition of steel wire ropes and determine if replacement is required.
(5) Check the running condition of all travelling mechanisms and transmission parts, as well as whether the lubrication is in good condition.
(6) The operator shall not leave the post without permission once the crane is in operation.
(7) It is forbidden to lift overload goods, as overloading will cause serious damage to the equipment.
